We're looking for a skilled, project-based Creative Web Developer to collaborate with our agency team on client web builds. You won't just be plugging content into pre-made themes; you'll be building responsive, fast-loading, visually arresting B2B and consumer sites from scratch or custom frameworks. This is a flexible, project-based remote role ideal for a seasoned freelancer or contractor looking for a reliable pipeline of creative agency work.

What You'll Be Doing

Bringing UI/UX to Life: translating Figma/Adobe designs into clean, pixel-perfect, responsive web builds.
Custom Development: building custom websites and web apps using JavaScript frameworks like Next.js.
Interactivity & Animation: adding subtle micro-interactions, smooth scrolling, and dynamic elements that make a site feel premium.
Performance Optimization: ensuring fast page load speeds, clean mobile responsiveness, and solid technical SEO basics.
Maintenance & Updates: executing site launches, troubleshooting technical bugs, and running client handoffs seamlessly.

Do You Have What It Takes?

A Standout Portfolio: proof of live, functional, high-end web projects you've built (no basic template-flips).
Tech Stack Mastery: expertise in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like Next.js.
Design Sensitivity: you understand typography, grid systems, spacing, and user experience enough to notice when something looks off by 2 pixels.
